Upon completion of the service of legal documents, we will provide you with official documentation as proof, including a sworn affidavit, certificate of service, or statement of service.
What is a Statement/Affidavit of service?
A Statement/Affidavit of service is essentially your proof to the relevant Court Jurisdiction that the papers have been correctly served.
Once we provide you with your evidence of service, our Process Server will outline all details of our interactions with the subject and outline the time, date and place that service took place within the report.
This is either signed under the format of a witness statement by the Process Server or Sworn in by a Local Solicitor/County Court as an Affidavit of service.
